What This Program Is
Agent Builder Sessions is a training program from Vivander Advisors. Over a guided build of up to two hours, you learn to assemble an AI agent system on your own laptop by following a handout of numbered blocks, in order. You finish with a working system and the skill to run it. What that system produces for you is covered in the three sections below, and those three sections matter more than any other part of this page.
Nothing Here Is Guaranteed
We do not promise that you will find a job, get an interview, close a lead, win a client, earn revenue, or reach any other particular result. There is no guarantee of any outcome, and none is implied anywhere on this site or in the materials.
What the system does is help you surface opportunities and draft the outreach that goes with them. What happens after that depends on your own work, your own judgment, and the market you are working in. Two people can build the same system and see different outcomes. Any number, example, or result you see in our materials describes what happened for someone else on some earlier day. It is not a prediction about you.
Where the Information Comes From
What the system surfaces comes from publicly available information. Job boards, company websites, press and newsroom pages, public profiles, published articles, and sources like them. You are not buying access to a private database, a paid data provider, or anything behind a login you do not already hold.
Public information goes out of date. A posting can already be filled. The person named on it can have moved to another company months ago. Some company pages go a year without an update. How current a piece of information is, and whether it is right, are things you check yourself.
AI Makes Mistakes, and Checking Them Is Your Responsibility
The system runs on AI, and AI gets things wrong. It can state something that is not true. Names, titles, companies, and email addresses all get invented sometimes, and an invention arrives with the same confidence as a fact. There is no setting that turns this off. Treat everything the system produces as a draft that has not been checked yet.
Before you act on any output, and before you send anything to anyone, checking it is your job. That means:
- check every email address, because an address that looks right is not the same as an address you have verified;
- open and read every source the system points to, rather than trusting the summary of it;
- confirm names, titles, and company details against the source or the company's own site;
- correct or remove anything you cannot verify.
The system writes drafts and nothing more. It does not send on its own. You decide what goes out under your name, when it goes, and to whom, and you are responsible for what you sent once you have sent it.
What You Confirm When You Accept These Terms
When you tick the box on a form or at checkout, you confirm that you have read this page and the Privacy Policy, and that you understand all of the following:
- no job, no lead, and no result is guaranteed;
- what this system surfaces comes from publicly available information;
- AI can make mistakes and can state things that are not true;
- you will check email addresses, sources, and facts yourself before acting on anything the system produces or sending anything to anyone.
We record that acceptance with the date and time, the terms version shown at the top of this page, and the exact wording of the box you ticked. The Privacy Policy explains what that record holds, how to see it, and how to have it deleted.
What You Need to Bring
The system runs on Claude, which requires a separate paid Claude subscription of roughly $20 per month. Anthropic bills that subscription directly. It is not included in your program price, and Vivander does not set or control its price, features, or availability. Vivander is an independent training provider. This program is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic.
Formats and Payment
The program comes in three formats:
- Recorded Build-Along. A digital product you can access right after purchase.
- Live Cohort. A scheduled live session you attend on a set date and time.
- Working Session. A scheduled live session with hands-on help as you build.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Prices and what each format includes are shown at checkout.
Refunds and Transfers
For the live formats, the Cohort and the Working Session, you can request a full refund or move your seat to a later date if you cancel more than 48 hours before the session starts. Inside that 48-hour window, your seat transfers to a future date rather than being refunded, because the spot has already been held for you. The Recorded Build-Along is a digital product you can open immediately, so it is non-refundable once you have accessed it. If you bought it and have not opened it yet, write to us and we will sort it out.
How You May Use the Materials
Your purchase gives you a license to the File Pack, the handout, and any recording, for your own personal use or your own internal business use. You may not resell them, republish them, post them publicly, or hand them to people outside your business. The materials remain the property of Vivander Advisors.
Lawful Use
You are responsible for what you send, including whether it is accurate and whether it complies with the platform rules, employer policies, and laws that apply to you. Use the program for lawful purposes only. Do not use it to deceive people, to send spam, or to violate anyone's rights. Scraping or contacting people in a way that breaks a site's own rules is on you, and we ask you not to do it.
Limit of Our Liability
Vivander provides the program as an educational service, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the fullest extent the law allows, the total liability of Vivander Advisors to you for any claim connected to the program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed opportunities.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you buy governs that purchase. If you keep using the materials after an update, that means you accept the current version.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Vivander Advisors operates. Questions about the program or these terms can go to support@vivanderadvisors.com.
