Effective date: July 26, 2026
This policy explains what Agent Builder Sessions collects at sessions.vivander.ai, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Agent Builder Sessions is run by Vivander Advisors.
What we collect
We collect what you type into one of our forms.
- Reservation form: your name, email, the track and format you choose, and an optional note.
- Waiting-list form: your email and the track you choose.
- Team-inquiry form: your name, email, organization, team size, and a note.
- Question form: your name, email, and the question you ask.
- Checkout: the track and format you bought, and the email and name Stripe passes back to us with the completed payment.
Card numbers are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. They never reach this site and we never see them.
Our host also keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address and browser user agent. These are the ordinary records a web server writes when a page loads.
The consent record
When you sign up or buy, you tick a box to accept the terms. We store one record of that. The record holds:
- your email address, and your name when the form asked for one;
- which form it came from, and the track and format if the form had them;
- the fact that you accepted the terms;
- the version string of the terms in force at that moment;
- the exact wording you ticked, stored word for word;
- the date and time, to the second;
- the IP address the request came from, and your browser's user agent string;
- whether you ticked the separate optional box for program emails, and the wording of that box;
- for a purchase, the Stripe checkout session id, so a payment can be matched to its consent.
Storing the wording word for word is the point of the record. If we change the wording on the site later, your record still shows the text you saw on the day. Our admin panel can read those rows and search them by email. It cannot edit them or delete them, because a record we could quietly rewrite would be worth nothing.
Program emails are opt-in only
The box for program emails sits on its own, and it is never ticked for you. Accepting the terms does not add you to that list. Leaving it unticked does not stop us replying about the thing you asked for, such as your reservation, your access code, or an answer to your question. Those are the messages you signed up for.
Every program email carries an unsubscribe link. You can also write to support@vivanderadvisors.com and ask to come off the list. We will take you off and confirm it.
Why we collect it
We use your information to reach out about Agent Builder Sessions, your reservation, your purchase, or your spot on the waiting list, and to keep an honest record of what you agreed to. We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it over for advertising.
Where it goes
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages, and form submissions and consent records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Payments run through Stripe. When we email you, that happens directly through the operator's own email. Your information stays inside these systems and is handled by the people running the program.
Cookies and tracking
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics beyond what the host needs to serve the site. Buyers who sign in to the guide get one session cookie so the page knows who they are. Beyond that, any cookies are essential ones, if they are set at all. We do not track you across other sites.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. That includes your consent record. Email support@vivanderadvisors.com and tell us what you want done. If you want off the program email list and nothing else, say so and we will leave the rest alone. The same goes for the waiting list and for reservations. Tell us you have changed your mind and we will remove you.
Contact
Questions about this policy or your data can go to support@vivanderadvisors.com.
Agent Builder Sessions is run by Vivander Advisors, 4 Kempster Road, Scarsdale, New York 10583, United States. That postal address also appears in every program email we send, which is what commercial email rules require.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top. Reservations, purchases, and messages you already sent are covered by the version in place at the time you sent them, and your consent record names that version.
